Last chance before they are gone!

This has been the worst year in our lives.  Where do I start---Last Aug. my husband had surgery, had complications with extreme pain for 2 1/2 months, then my mom became very sick, then I got a kidney stone, then the economy went bad and my husband couldn't find work (he is in construction), my mom continues to get worse and then passes away in Jan. My husband still can not get any work anywhere and we have two teenage boys so we have to go on food stamps, then my dad has to go in and get his heart re-timed (where they stop it and start it again), it only worked for a day before it started beating abnormally again.  It has now been 11 months and we still don't have work and we have been in a construction loan for 2 years as our home is 100yrs old and in very bad shape which now we don't know if we can qualify for a mortgage as we had to take out a loan on our credit cards to live on.  Besides all this we have never taken our boys on a vacation and one will be graduating this next year and the other two years after him. They have oftened asked me "Mom, why can't we ever go on a vacation?"  and I have to tell them we can not afford it.
