Around the U.S., several companies are participating in National Customer Service Week (October 7-11), and we definitely didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to celebrate our incredible Customer Service (CS) team. However, since we have CS team members in offices around the world, we decided to take it a step farther and make it a global party - bigger is always better, right?!
Customer Service makes up a huge percentage of our employee population at HomeAway and we recognize that they are critical to the success of our business. From onboarding new customers or helping existing ones update and manage their vacation rental property listings, to assisting travelers in finding the vacation rental home of their dreams, our CS team does it all!

The customer support team touches every aspect of our business. They are the frontline and voice of our business to our customers so we want to take this opportunity to thank them and recognize them for their great work!
To celebrate, the teams played games, participated in themed dress-up days such as Inside Out day and Decade day, and of course dined together over pizza, burgers and other delicious treats. Here are a few photos from the week:
